About

Claire Flannery

Founder.

Coach, Consultant, Expert, Facilitator, Educator. Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister. Pragmatic Optimist. Life Enthusiast.

I believe that coaching is a privilege that everyone should have the chance to experience – to be truly listened to; to have someone support and challenge you to achieve success and flourish through times of change; and to learn and exploit the strength and capability that lies within you.  I love helping my clients to make 'it' happen and be the very best they can be through taking time to discover their true-self, establishing and reflecting on their goals and navigating challenges that they encounter along the way.

I am passionate, driven, naturally curious, and have a wealth of experience in guiding people through change. With a background in Business Psychology, a Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching, and over a 15 years working in senior HR roles in financial and professional services and technology industries, I have recently turned my attention to working with individuals and organisations to help them to bring authenticity to their lives and businesses and to achieve the very best results possible.

On a personal level I am a parent to three young boys and live with my husband and children on the outskirts of Dublin City Centre. I have worked through significant personal and professional change (including three maternity leaves, two redundancies, and one overseas career break) over the last number of years, and have found myself standing at both crossroads and cliff-faces on numerous occasions.

With a calm, creative, tenacious focus, I place a high value on working with my clients to deliver and demonstrate results. I am an accredited member of British Psychological Society, Psychological Society of Ireland and the Association for Coaching.
